Project Description: Development of simulation and predictive applications for waiting lists, appointment schedules, quality of life analysis, and management in radiotherapy oncology.
Research Line: IBIMA-BE-17 CLINICAL, MOLECULAR, AND TECHNOLOGICAL RESEARCH IN RADIOTHERAPY ONCOLOGY
Location: IBIMA Bionand Platform - Located at Virgen de la Victoria University Hospital, Radiotherapy Oncology Unit.
Participation in research projects in the health and biomedical field (1.5 points)
Knowledge in Programming; algorithms, data structures, programming, problem-solving with computers, and basics of scientific programming. (1 point)
Knowledge of programs: Jamovi, SPSS, R, Excel, Python (1.5 points)
Knowledge in Methods, Designs, and research techniques. (0.5 points)
Knowledge in psychology; especially in social structures and understanding clinical language. (1.5 points)




Knowledge in Psychometrics; Construction and evaluation of psychological tests. (1 point)
The mentioned requirements must be accredited with an official certificate issued by the competent authority or a responsible statement.
Specific Requirements
English level B2
Certification in Python
Experience in biomedical research, research methodology and design, programming, and statistical data analysis.
Languages ENGLISH Level Good

Selection process
Based on the points obtained in the merits evaluation, at least the three best candidates will be selected for a personal interview where communication skills, work aptitude, and abilities will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who score at least 50% of the evaluable merits will be eligible for the interview phase.
After the position is awarded, if the selected candidate declines the contract, the hiring committee may decide to choose the next candidate according to the scoring list.
