Job Description Primary Function of Position: The Iberia FSO Manager acts as the trusted advisor and strategy development partner of Iberia Senior Leadership.
With the support of a local analyst, he/she develops insights to guide senior executives, accelerate growth, and enhance commercial execution.
He/she supports the Senior Leadership for financial planning activities related to reporting, forecasting, and planning of the business.
He/she is part of the senior leadership team within the Iberia and will help shape and drive the business in the coming years.
Roles and Responsibilities: With support from functional leader, serve as strategy partner and consultant for local leadership.
Provide analytical insights to the leadership to drive performance.
Develop board-level presentation materials for executive leadership.
Develop and track annual regional goals across a matrix organization in support of local initiatives.
Deliver on Sales Operations activities and deliverables, such as, but not limited to:Territory setting.Customer targeting.Performance management, etc Deliver on FP
