Darwin Space are currently hiring for a Structures Integration Manager on behalf of a business in Spain.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and verification of all structures integration activities associated with the launch vehicle.Manage propellant tanks, interstage, fairing integration and secondary composite structural elementsActs as the interface between propulsion engineering, manufacturing, vehicle integration, avionics integration, propulsion integration, test operations, and launch operations.Structures Integration Leadership by leading all structures integration activities for launch vehicles and future developments.Coordinate installation, routing, integration, checkout, and validation of structures, propellant tanks, interstage, fairing integration and secondary composite structure.Ensure structure integration activities comply with approved configurations, procedures, schedules, and quality requirements.Maintain operational readiness of structures integration teams, tooling,



and facilities.Integrated Vehicle Checkout & TestingLead structures support activities during integrated vehicle testing campaigns.Coordinate structures functional testing during vehicle integration and launch preparation.Ensure structures readiness for qualification and acceptance testing.Support troubleshooting during integrated vehicle test campaigns.Support launch site structures integration and checkout activities.Coordinate avionics closeouts before launch operations.Support launch countdown and operations.Coordinate rapid troubleshooting and anomaly resolution during launch campaigns.Ensure structures integration activities comply with approved configurations and engineering documentation.Maintain traceability of structures configurations.Support nonconformance resolution and corrective action implementation.Team Leadership & OrganizationLead structures integration technicians, engineers, and operational support personnelDefine roles, responsibilities, and accountability within the structures integration organization.Support staffing, training, qualification, and development of structures integration personnel.Required Qualifications10+ years of aerospace structure's integration, electrical integration, or launch vehicle/ Aircraft or Satellite integration experience.Strong understanding of aerospace structuresExperience supporting integrated testing and launch campaigns.Experience leading technical integration teams in operational environments.#J-18808-Ljbffr
