Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and professionally, addressing their vehicle service needs.
Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document them for technicians.
Clearly explain recommended maintenance, repairs, and services to customers.
Provide accurate estimates for service costs and timelines.
Schedule service appointments and manage the workshop's appointment calendar.
Inspect vehicles with customers to identify any visible issues or concerns.
Effectively communicate any changes or additional findings to the customer during the service process.
Process service orders, payments, and invoices accurately.




Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and follow-up.
Maintain a professional and organized service reception area.
Liaise between technicians and customers to facilitate clear communication.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry.
Strong understanding of automotive terminology, services, and basic repair principles.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using service scheduling software and dealership management systems (DMS).
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work under pressure.
Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
A professional appearance and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair is advantageous.
Ability to work collaboratively with service technicians and management.
Valid driver's license.
