The role includes leading the deck team, managing spare parts and inventories, and coordinating shipping-container logistics for regattas and cruising.Idóneo candidates have 3–4 years in the superyacht sailing industry, strong racing and offshore experience, and solid engineering and hydraulic knowledge.
