We are seeking an Associate Director Business Operations MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus, and 4–8 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, CRM or platform enablement, or Business Transformation, ideally within pharmaceutical or life sciences organizations.
Experience building and implementing new processes, teams, or systems from the ground up in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, or similar commercial digital technologies.
Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operating models and field-based and head office business processes.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and partner effectively with IT and technical teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills with experience running multiple concurrent workstreams.
