ALTA Vision is looking for a hands-on Floor Manager to join its manufacturing facility in Zaragoza.This is a key operational role for someone who enjoys being close to the shop floor, the machines and the teams, and taking ownership of production from assembly through testing and final shipment.Your roleYou will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the manufacturing floor and ensure machines are built, tested and ready for shipment on time and according to our quality and engineering standards.Working closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality and Service, you will:Translate the production schedule into clear daily and weekly prioritiesCoordinate mechanical and electrical assembly, wiring,



software loading and testingTrack the progress of each machine and proactively address bottlenecks or delaysEnsure materials and components are available when neededCoordinate closely with Engineering to resolve technical issues and implement changesEnsure quality inspections and testing are completed before FAT and shipmentOrganize and prioritize the work of manufacturing techniciansMaintain a safe, organized and efficient manufacturing floorTake ownership of machine readiness through final shipmentYour ProfileExperience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, machinery assembly or a similar technical environmentGood understanding of mechanical and electrical manufacturing processesAbility to read mechanical drawings, BOMs and electrical schematicsStrong planning, organization and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage several machines/projects and priorities simultaneouslyA practical, proactive and hands-on approachConfidence working directly with technicians, engineers, suppliers and managementExperience with ERP/MRP or production planning systems is a plusSpanish and English communication skills preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
