You will manage a portfolio of long-tail customers across Growth markets, mainly Italy and other regions, driving retention and revenue while expanding relationships.
You will build strong stakeholder relationships, become a product expert, and partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Italian and English fluency are required, and you will work in a fast?paced SaaS travel-tech environment.
