Our client, a sustainable and people centric multinational company leader in the chemical industry based in Barcelona, is currently looking for a Supply Transformation Manager to add to theirteam.

The main responsibilities and requirements of this role are:

Manage Supply Planning transformation program in the BU for Europe.

Plan and drive activities to move from current planning procedures to the newly designed planning processes.

Develop region planning team capabilities

Anticipate transformation risks and issues, propose mitigation actions and escalate when appropriate.

Ensure a good communication and integration with demand/Bus, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and finance The Key Accountabilities of this role are:

Work on the transformation & continuous supply chain assessment & benchmarking to identify business improvement opportunities, including end to end value stream mapping.

Analyze and define business improvements and projects to optimize end to end supply chain performance in OTIF, Cost to serve and working capital (inventory, payables, receivables) for the EMEA Region

Customer service offer preparation and the translation into replenishment models

Examples: optimize usage of distribution network and interaction between customer service and planning, e-commerce, route to market, lot sizes,



truck rates

Support delivering regional supply chain KPIs

Secure and develop a collaborative partnership with key stakeholder

Manage project scope, timelines, bring good deliverables

And who you'll be?

University Education with at least 6 years' experience in FMCG, Paint/Coating or Retail industries Supply Chain Improvement or consulting

Consulting background (4+ years of experience)

High level of experience on Supply Planning, IBP processes, Planning tools, Supply planning, planning in SAP ECC and BI

Change management: ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholders

Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and communicator, able to listen,

able to handle team tensions

Stress resistance, versátil, problem solving attitude

Project Management skills

Seen by others as credible, trustworthy, and open to new ideas

Focused on results

Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analyses and synthesize recommendations

Strong desire to challenge and improve status-quo

Fluent in English
