Tavrion Dynamics is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to support a leading integral streaming platform from Lisbon, Portugal.
You will be the first point of contact for Spanish and Catalan speaking customers, handling accounts, subscriptions, payments and technical queries with empathy and professionalism.
The role requires fluency in Spanish and Catalan (C1/C2) and good English (B1), with a flexible rotating schedule and a 40-hour work week.
