In this role, you support customers with travel-related enquiries, provide clear information about airline services and policies, and help resolve issues throughout their travel journey. The adecuado candidates have strong communication skills, a customer‐focused mindset and the ability to remain calm and professional when assisting passengers with challenging situations

Position: Customer Service Advisor

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Model: 100% On‐site

Employment type: Full‐time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist passengers with flight reservations, booking amendments and cancellations
- Provide information about baggage allowances, delayed luggage and missing baggage
- Support customers with online check‐in, boarding enquiries and travel documentation
- Assist passengers affected by flight disruptions and respond to refund requests




- Handle customer complaints and resolve travel‐related issues in a professional manner
- Explain airline policies, procedures and available options clearly
- Deliver a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem‐solving

REQUIREMENTS:

- Fluency in Galician + English B2
- Strong communication and customer‐service skills
- Ability to understand customer concerns and provide clear, helpful solutions
- Calm and professional approach when dealing with stressed or dissatisfied passengers
- Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer‐oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast‐paced environment
