We are looking for an experienced Lead Service Stewardess to join a busy 90m private/charter M/Y on a 2month temporary basis

- This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-standard programme, covering a crossing, the Antigua Yacht Show, and a Christmas and New Year charter.
- The adecuado candidate will be confident, proactive and able to hit the ground running, with solid service experience and the ability to deliver polished, professional service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong barista and cocktail-making skills are essential, along with the confidence to take the lead during busy service periods and maintain exceptional standards throughout.
- The position offers a salary of €4,000+ DOE, plus accrued leave,



as well as a share of the tips calculated according to the number of days spent onboard throughout the year.
- We are looking for someone professional, organised and adaptable, who thrives in a busy private and charter environment and can confidently lead by example.
- Previous experience on similar size vessels, with charter experience and the ability to work with minimal training would be highly advantageous.
- Ideally looking for someone to start by the 29th of October in order to do the crossing.
