Planeta Sana is looking for a creative, proactive, and community-oriented volunteer to help us grow our digital community and communicate our mission through meaningful and engaging content.

This is an opportunity for anyone who enjoys writing, storytelling, and connecting with people. You will help us build and nurture Planeta Sana's online spaces while creating written and visual content that brings our mission to life. This is not just a social media role.

You will actively help shape how Planeta Sana sounds, communicates, and connects with the world.

We are currently rebuilding and expanding the initiative with a growing international volunteer team, with Barcelona as one of our initial focus areas. As we work toward creating a future non-profit association, volunteers joining at this stage have a unique opportunity to help shape the project's identity, community, and future direction. ?️ What You'll Do

Your work will organically combine four core areas:

1. Content Creation, Canva & Social Media

- Visual Design: Use Canva to design engaging posts, carousels, and stories that align with our brand identity.

- Scheduling & Automation: Plan and schedule content calendars using Meta Business Suite

(Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.

- Copywriting: Write compelling captions and campaign copy, transforming complex topics into clear, accessible, and inclusive language.

- Community Interaction : Respond thoughtfully to comments and messages to maintain a welcoming online presence and encourage organic discussion.

- Build Connections: Identify potential community ambassadors, collaborators, and advocates while motivating our internal team to share and engage.

- Content Repurposing: Adapt existing Planeta Sana materials into fresh, platform-specific formats.

2. Editorial & WordPress Publishing

- Web Publishing: Research, edit, translate, and post articles from a prioritised pool of topics directly onto WordPress

- Storytelling: Support narrative initiatives that communicate Planeta Sana's impact and review existing content to maintain our authentic voice.

3. Learning & Improvement

- Analytics: Monitor basic engagement, reach,



and community metrics to identify what resonates most.

- Strategy: Share insights and recommendations with the team to continuously test and improve our communication.

? Who We're Looking For

Essential

- ✔ Genuine interest in health, sustainability, inclusion, and social impact.
- ✔ Strong written communication skills and a natural curiosity about people.
- ✔ Creative mindset with a willingness to experiment with visual and text formats.
- ✔ Proactive, self-motivated, organised, and reliable.
- ✔ Team player: Ready to collaborate within a supportive team of copywriting and community volunteers.

- ✔ Good judgment and empathy when interacting with online communities.
- ✔ Intermediate English, Spanish, and/or French, with strong writing skills in at least one.

Experience that would be a plus (But not required!)

- Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva, and WordPress .

- Experience in community management, digital marketing, PR, or copywriting.

- French language skills , as we have a large and active community in France.
