Ferrovial Digital Infrastructure seeks a Head of Human Resources who will report to the CEO of the Business. This leadership role is responsible for all HR policies, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the Digital Infrastructure unit.
You will lead recruitment, onboarding, performance culture, training, compensation, and benefits while aligning HR initiatives with Ferrovial's integral strategy and asset management. Fluency in English is required.
