Corporate / Commercial Lawyer
to join a
law firm specializing in providing legal advice to companies and entrepreneurs.
We are seeking a professional with solid experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, accustomed to working directly with clients and capable of taking responsibility for different transactions while coordinating a small team.
Responsibilities
Provide ongoing legal advice to companies and clients.
Participate in M&A; transactions, including due diligence and the review and drafting of LOIs and SPAs.
Prepare and advise on mergers, demergers and other corporate transactions.
Provide advice on Corporate Law, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters.
Draft and review shareholders' agreements.
Advise entrepreneurs and companies on Venture Capital and financing transactions.
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, including supply, lease, leasing, agency, franchise and licensing agreements, among others.
Review and draft agreements related to software development,



terms and conditions, website policies and basic data protection matters.
Coordinate and manage a team of approximately 3 people.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Membership of the Bar Association is essential.
At least 3 years of professional experience.
Solid experience in Corporate and Commercial Law.
Minimum C1 level of English, both spoken and written.
Ability to manage and coordinate teams.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday:
9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
