The company is driven by data, technology, and experimentation to optimize performance across key marketplace levers. Team members collaborate closely with high-growth eCommerce brands, gaining exposure to cutting-edge tools and operational best practices.
Responsibilities

Senior leadership role in Málaga, Spain (hybrid, 3 days in office). You'll own Atomic One's growth, work directly with the founders, and lead the marketing team.
Own the marketing strategy and tie every decision to revenue goals
Define how Atomic One wins in a crowded market. Make it crystal clear why sellers should choose autonomous agents over agencies, traditional SaaS tools, and the dozens of new "AI tools"
Lead paid and organic growth across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and SEO
Build a predictable demand engine with Sales,



from first touch to closed revenue
Drive product-led growth through our free tools and convert users to paying customers
Build partnership, affiliate, and referral programs across the Amazon ecosystem
Turn customer results into case studies and sales assets
Lead and grow the team, agencies, and freelancers, and own the budget and KPIs
Use AI tools and agents to make marketing faster and smarter. We expect our marketing to be as AI-native as our product
Qualifications

8+ years in marketing, 3+ in a senior or leadership role
Proven role in scaling a B2B SaaS or tech company to multi-million-dollar xqysrnh revenue, as head of marketing or a key senior team member
Hands-on experience scaling paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok
Strong background in demand generation and partnership with Sales
Experience with product-led growth or freemium-to-paid funnels
Strong business acumen, data-driven, with creative and storytelling instincts
Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
Native-level English
Based within commuting distance of Málaga, with the right to work in Spain
Nice to have: Amazon or eCommerce experience, AI product marketing, Spanish
