Support customers via phone, email, and chat
Assist with banking-related inquiries and account support
Deliver an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment

Available shifts:
Morning Shift: 07:*:00 (8 openings)
Afternoon Shift: 14:*:00 (7 openings)
Night Shift (Madrid only): 22:***:00 (5 openings)
Salary Package:
Madrid:



€22,800 gross/year + €1,200 variable bonus
Valencia: €20,800 gross/year + €1,200 variable bonus
What we're looking for:
German B2+
Spanish B2+
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Availability to work shifts
