Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries regarding telecommunication services.
Provide information on service plans, pricing, promotions, and billing inquiries.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to internet, phone, and TV services.
Assist customers with account management tasks, including changes, upgrades, and cancellations.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Identify customer needs and escalation complex issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors.
Strive to achieve first-call resolution and meet customer satisfaction targets.




Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong customer focus and a passion for helping people.
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Ability to handle stressful situations and de-escalate customer concerns.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Must reside in or be willing to commute to Queenstown, Eastern Cape .
Grade 12 certificate or equivalent required.
