Wurzer Mallorca S.L., an established transport company based in Son Noguera near Llucmajor, is looking for a committed and reliable team member to support our day-to-day office organisation and administrative operations.
In this position, you will play an essential part in keeping our office running smoothly, maintaining clear communication with our clients, and coordinating ongoing administrative workflows directly on-site.
In this role, you will handle diverse clerical duties and serve as a central point of contact for our business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing friendly and professional customer service both over the phone and via email
Processing incoming customer inquiries, quotes, and transport orders accurately
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks, file organization, and standard paperwork
Supporting overall office management to ensure efficient workflows across the company

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
Good spoken and written German and Spanish skills (both are strictly required for daily client communication)
A reliable, careful, and independent way of working
Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfort handling customer requests by phone and email
Dedicated team spirit and enthusiasm for administrative coordination
We offer a steady part-time position with 20 to 30 hours per week.
Your workplace is located on-site in Son Noguera, Llucmajor on Mallorca.
Please note that this position is entirely on-site and does not offer remote or home-office options, as close coordination and direct presence at our local facility are central to the role.
