This role combines leadership, analytical depth, and cross-functional influence to drive sustainable growth across the region.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will shape pricing strategies, lead transformation initiatives and contribute to the long-term commercial vision of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the regional pricing team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives
* Implement pricing governance, policies and controls across divisions
* Own pricing operations: list prices, discounts, ERP accuracy, annual price updates and acquisition integration
* Provide financial and pricing support for bids, tenders and strategic commercial decisions
* Deliver market, competitor and margin analyses through dashboards, reports, and business insights
* Drive pricing process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives




* Lead cross-functional and strategic pricing projects, including digitalization and pricing model evolution
* Communicate pricing strategy, priorities, and insights effectively to senior stakeholders and commercial teams

Your profile
Essential Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
* At least 8 years of experience in similar pricing positions with people management responsibility
* Strong analytical capabilities, including pricing analysis, margin optimization, and market dynamics assessment
* Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel; solid experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
* Fluent English and Spanish (Italian is a plus)
* Strategic, proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional initiatives
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and challenge senior leadersPreferred Qualifications* Experience driving pricing excellence initiatives or pricing transformation programs
* Background in matrixed or international organizations
* Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects at regional or international levelTravel Percentage: 50%
