Our client is looking for Norwegian-speaking agents to join its Flex Team. The team steps in wherever support is needed most across several projects. You won’t be tied to a single project. Your days will vary, and you’ll get to know a range of products and industries.Projects you may work on include:- Smartwatches for children: support for a smartwatch and mobile service brand- EV charging: helping customers with charging boxes, charging, apps and troubleshooting- Other Nordic projects as needs changeResponsibilities- Handle customer enquiries by phone,



email and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and administrative issues- Document cases and follow up with customers- Switch between projects as the team needs and get up to speed quickly on new products- Help keep customer satisfaction and service quality highWhat we’re looking for- Fluent Norwegian, spoken and written- Good English skills- Flexibility and a willingness to work varying hours, e.G. days, evenings and some weekends as scheduled- A quick learner who enjoys switching between tasks and projects- A solution-oriented, service-minded person who stays calm under pressure- Comfortable with computers.
