* Manage and optimize the Nexthink platform and DEX strategy.
* Monitor endpoint, application and user experience using Nexthink and NQL.
* Develop dashboards, DEX KPIs and performance reports.
* Build PowerShell Remote Actions and proactive remediation.
* Drive automation, self-healing and incident reduction initiatives.
* Integrate Nexthink with Intune, Azure, Active Directory and ITSM tools.
* Act as Nexthink SME, providing insights and recommendations to IT and business teams.

* Strong hands‑on experience with Nexthink and DEX, including analytics, reporting, automation and proactive remediation.
* Solid knowledge of Windows/EUC environments, PowerShell, Intune, Azure, Active Directory and ITSM tools.
* Professional working proficiency in English (B2+).
* Workplace: Hybrid (40% Remote / 60% On-site)
* Work Schedule: Business hours (8:00-17:00)
