Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable, high-availability FinTech platform services.
Architect robust and efficient software solutions using modern design patterns and technologies.
Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and collaboration.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Drive best practices in coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the platform.




Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to improve development processes and product capabilities.
Ensure the security and compliance of the platform with relevant financial regulations.
Contribute to technical strategy discussions and roadmap planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of progressive software development experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.
Proven experience in architecting and building complex, scalable distributed systems.
Expertise in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, C++).
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and messaging queues.
Familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, or FinTech applications is highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, and agile development environment.
