What you will do in this role
Identify and assess customers' needs, handling consultations, after-sales requests, and general enquiries.
Manage customer communications through email and chat, providing accurate and complete information.
Handle customer complaints, find appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Build strong customer relationships through empathy, clear communication, and a customer-first approach.
Manage the CRM system, keeping customer interactions, accounts, files, and databases up to date.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Administration, and other departments to support customer processes and operations.
Your qualifications
Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced level of English
Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or a similar role is valuable.




Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Customer-focused and detail-oriented, with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality service.
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and find effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible, resourceful, proactive, and dynamic.
A true team player who enjoys working towards both individual and team goals.
Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus.
