The Events Trainee plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Events department, assisting in client communication, preparing event documentation, coordinating site inspections, and supporting event execution.

QualificationsWhat You'll DoAssist the Events team in managing client enquiries, understanding event needs, and preparing proposals and event confirmationsSupport in the creation and distribution of BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) and internal communication for event executionParticipate in client site inspections, helping with preparation, coordination, and hostingAssist in the planning and execution of corporate, social, and MICE events, ensuring smooth communication between departmentsCollaborate with Banqueting, Sales, F&B;, Rooms,
