The Walt Disney Company Iberia is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to support day-to-day HR services and implement P&C; policies across Spain and Portugal.
You will work with P&C; partners and regional teams in a role that blends operational HR delivery with strategic initiatives.
Based in Madrid, the role is 4 days in-office with one remote day, on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You'll help manage onboarding, reporting, compliance, training, compensation planning and employee experience
