Job Description
Manage court cases and legal disputes across multiple jurisdictions, with a particular focus on EU Regulation 261 and claims arising under the Montreal Convention.
The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, external counsel, and regulatory authorities to ensure the timely and effective handling of litigation, complaints, and legal matters while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
