If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Field Service Engineer in Barcelona (hybrid), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in tech.What you will do in this roleDeliver on?site service via work orders: install, commission, maintain, and repair customer equipmentProvide remote technical support and manage complex escalations, including L1 analysis and advanced troubleshootingHandle multiple escalations in parallel, meeting SLA targets and minimizing upward escalationDocument service activities, produce technical reports, and train customers on operation and basic maintenanceEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsCommunicate service delivery in English (additional languages a plus)Demonstrate flexibility to travel and work at customer sitesConcentrix is a great match if you have:A native or proficient level in English and f you speak Spanish it would be a plusAbility to read and interpret electrical diagrams; solid knowledge of electrical and electronic systemsStrong hands?on technical skills with high attention to detail and an engineering mindsetAbility to analyze complex machine behavior, understand subsystem interactions, and develop advanced troubleshooting solutionsExperience supporting installations, site preparation, and complex systems (mechanical, electrical, water)Proven background in field service, maintenance,
