We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Coordinator to support reliable delivery of Azure cloud and infrastructure services in a global DaaS environment. You'll keep track of demand, commitments, dependencies and service performance, help technical teams and providers move agreed actions forward, and escalates decisions to the right owners.
~ Freelance: Remote from anywhere in Spain
~ International projects and collaboration with teams across different countries
~5+ years of experience as a Service Delivery Coordinator or in a similar IT service coordination, infrastructure operations or technical delivery role.
~ Experience coordinating multiple teams, service providers and geographically distributed stakeholders .
~ Practical knowledge of incident, problem, change, request and service-level management (SLA/KPI) practices.
~ Experience maintaining backlogs in Jira and/or ServiceNow , tracking dependencies and risks, and producing service reports.
~ Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and enterprise infrastructure : networking, identity/RBAC, compute, storage and Kubernetes concepts.
~ Awareness of Terraform/IaC, CI/CD, GitHub,



Azure DevOps and monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Datadog or Grafana).
~ Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
~ ITIL certification is desirable (equivalent practical experience is accepted).
