About the Role Our client, a reputable property management company, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in Queenstown, Eastern Cape . The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management, including rent collection, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and lease administration. A strong understanding of the Queenstown residential property market, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service are paramount. Oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of residential properties in Queenstown .
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
Manage the leasing process, including property viewings, tenant screening, lease preparation, and move-ins/move-outs.
Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease terms and conditions.
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.
Prepare monthly financial reports, including rent rolls, expense statements,



and budget variance analysis.
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain accurate property records and tenant information.
a certificate or diploma in Property Management or a related field is advantageous.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential property management.
