WithinHaulotte Ibérica and reporting to the Managing Director, you lead and developthe Service Department across Spain, ensuring operational excellence, customersatisfaction and sustainable growth of the after-sales business. You areresponsible for overseeing all service-related activities, including fieldoperations, workshop activities, spare parts, warranty management and serviceadministration. Working closely with Sales, Operations and Group supportfunctions, you contribute directly to customer loyalty, business performanceand the continuous improvement of our service offering throughout the Spanishmarket, in compliance with Q/C/D/HR/S/E objectives and the Group's values. As a keybusiness partner,



you drive the performance of the service organization whilestrengthening customer relationships and developing team capabilities. Service Operations & Performance Management Lead, coordinate and optimizeall after-sales service activities across Spain. Monitor service KPIs andimplement corrective and improvement actions when required. Define and implement thecustomer service strategy in collaboration with local management. Identify opportunities to growservice revenue through contracts, spare parts and value-added services. Define competency developmentplans and support career growth opportunities. Promote a performance-drivenculture aligned with Group values. Governance, Budget & Cross-functional Coordination Report regularly on operationaland financial performance. Act as the subsidiaryrepresentative and Key User in Group projects and cross-functionalinitiatives.
