Hero is seeking an R&D; Packaging Developer to turn concepts into packaging solutions that enable innovation and operational excellence. You will lead primary, secondary and tertiary packaging development, collaborate with internal teams and external manufacturers, and drive sustainability and cost-saving initiatives.

The role requires 3–5 years in packaging development, a mechanical/chemical/industrial engineering background, and fluency in Spanish and English.
