We are looking for a Transformation Business Analyst to lead digital transformation, Data & AI initiatives, connecting business needs with technological solutions that generate real impact. Gather and define business requirements together with stakeholders. Collaborate with business and technology teams in designing solutions. Support transformation projects, testing, and change management.



University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar. Experience as a Business Analyst or in transformation projects. Knowledge of process analysis and requirements management. Ability to work with business and technology professionals. High level of English, minimum B2. Experience in Data, Analytics, or AI projects; Knowledge of Agile methodologies; Work on challenging projects for large clients. Possibility to work remotely. Access to ongoing training and certifications.
