Junior Manager Sales (m/f/d) Full-time | Part-time | Job-sharing The Junior Sales Manager will be embedded within the commercial team of a SPORTFIVE client football club, supporting the development and execution of the club's sponsorship and commercial activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly within a professional football environment, contributing to the identification, acquisition,



and management of commercial partners while helping to drive revenue growth and strengthen the club's market position. Support the commercial team in identifying and developing new sponsorship and partnership opportunities Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, sponsorship proposals, and commercial offers tailored to prospective partners Conduct market research and prospecting activities to identify potential sponsors and commercial clients Maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and commercial activities Participate in meetings with sponsors, agencies, and prospective partners, providing support throughout the sales process Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, communications, hospitality, and operations, to deliver integrated commercial solutions Contribute to the preparation of commercial reports, performance analyses, and revenue forecasts 2-3 years of professional experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in a comparable role ~ Demonstrated competency in sales management systems (e.g., Salesforce) and diligent compliance with all relevant internal reporting procedures ~ Spanish speaker and fluent in English
