Export Customer Service & Operations Specialist

to join our team in Barcelona and help ensure the smooth day-to-day management of our international B2B and D2C operations. Working closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and keeping our commercial operations running smoothly. Order management:

Manage the full order process, from order entry and follow-up to delivery coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines. International customer service:

B2B and D2C operations:

Support customer service and order management across different sales channels and business models. Prioritisation and follow-up:





Manage multiple markets, customers and requests simultaneously, ensuring that urgent matters are addressed and deadlines are met. At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role

, ideally in export administration, international customer service, order management or sales support. Fluent or near-native English

, both written and spoken. Excellent English is essential for daily international communication. Previous

experience

in customer service, export administration, order management or international sales support is highly valued. Experience with

Sage 200 or other ERP systems. Good command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the wider Microsoft Office suite. Experience working with international B2B customers, distributors or sales agents. A hybrid working model: 3 days in our Barcelona office and 2 days working from home. Flexible working hours.
