The successful candidate will combine strong logistics expertise with commercial acumen, ensuring efficient service delivery while identifying and developing new business opportunities.Job DescriptionLead and oversee national and international logistics and transport operations, ensuring service quality, efficiency, and operational reliability.Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, customer service, and overall performance.Manage and develop relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and key operational partners.Lead, coach, and develop operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Monitor operational KPIs and drive initiatives focused on cost optimization, process improvement, and service excellence.Identify and develop business opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts.Build strong customer relationships and support commercial initiatives through solution-oriented logistics expertise.Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support business growth and long-term strategic objectives.The Successful ApplicantProven experience in senior logistics,
