Support the strategic and tactical operations of the Release Management, Dev Ops, Live Ops, Technical Art, and other technical groups. Have a strong technical understanding of software release frameworks including merge & branching strategy, bug fixing and locking builds, finalizing builds and releasing them to the public. Work closely with Producers to develop product budgets and schedules across the team. Partner with the Executive Producer to ensure core development processes are adhered to with consistency. Mentor producers at all levels of the team, taking a keen interest in their growth and career development. Coordinate and assist with focus testing, outsourcing and other external parties as required. 10+ years in internal game development. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience with strong applied technical knowledge.



Experience building AAA Games. Comfortable guiding and leading staff across both production and creative disciplines, ensuring there is a healthy level of push and pull. Capable of balancing production and creative needs in support of making informed decisions. JIRA and Confluence expertise, with experience using metrics to drive improvement.
