Join Schneider Electric and play a key role in the deployment and continuous improvement of our Manhattan Active Warehouse and Transportation Management solutions across Europe.As a RegionalTechnical Process Owner, you'll work at the intersection of business and technology, helping drive the implementation of Manhattan Active across our warehouse operations while ensuring seamless integration with our digital ecosystem.What You'll Be DoingLead Manhattan Active DeploymentsSupport the implementation and rollout of Manhattan Active WMS and TMS across European sitesDrive solution configuration, testing, cutover activities, and hypercare supportEnsure technical consistency, scalability, and alignment with global standards and business processesPartner with Business & IT TeamsCollaborate with Business Process Owners, key users, functional experts, and implementation teamsUnderstand current and future-state business processes and translate business needs into technical solutionsFacilitate workshops, gather requirements, and support end-to-end deployment activitiesManage Integrations & System QualityEnsure successful integration between Manhattan Active, SAP (ECC and S/4HANA), and related applicationsSupport testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout project lifecyclesEnsure compliance with local business and regulatory requirementsDrive Adoption & Knowledge SharingSupport training and change management activities during implementation projectsMaintain solution documentation, lessons learned, and best practicesHelp upskill key users and onboard new team membersTravel RequirementsMinimum 50% travel within Europe (in general every month for on-site workshops or project deployments typically not exceeding 2 weeks).
