You join the People team as our sole HRBP, owning the full business-partnering scope. You bring logical thinking and sound judgment in the area of labor law, and you know when to involve cross-functional partners such as the payroll, finance or legal teams. You raise our HR processes to the next level (talent, performance and salary reviews, HR steering) and support leaders and teams day to day through coaching, change and organizational design. You work in a small People team that bets on impact,

Own the talent, performance and salary review cycles end to end, including future calibrations, and set the analytical standard behind People decisions, Level up and harmonize HR processes and journeys, and lead People and cross-functional projects to a mid-market/enterprise standard, Build and run AI workflows and agents that sharpen People operations: analysis, reporting and internal comms. You have run HR business partnering as a true partner to leaders and you have owned talent, performance and salary review cycles end to end. You build HR processes and get managers to adopt them. You have strong social and situational intelligence, you form accurate reads and make recommendations that hold up, and you stay steady when everything lands at once. You are fluent in English and French (C1); Spanish is a plus.
