About the Role
Our client is seeking a vibrant and organized Childcare Assistant and Activity Coordinator for their facility in Queenstown. This role is pivotal in supporting the lead educators and ensuring a positive, engaging, and safe environment for children. You will play a key role in organizing and leading stimulating activities that promote learning and development across various age groups. Key Responsibilities
* Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and supervision of children.
* Plan, organize, and lead engaging recreational and educational activities for children.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to safety protocols.
* Help maintain a clean, orderly, and stimulating learning environment.
* Support children's personal care needs,



including feeding and hygiene.
* Communicate positively with children, parents, and colleagues. Requirements
* Previous experience in a childcare setting or working with children.
* Passion for child development and creating fun, educational experiences.
* Strong organizational and planning skills for activities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Patience, enthusiasm, and a responsible attitude.
