Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Finance for Spain and Portugal to serve as the senior financial leader and strategic business partner for the country affiliate. The role oversees finance operations, regional coordination, planning, performance management, and statutory compliance while supporting commercial execution and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

- Serve as primary finance advisor to the Country Manager and local leadership team
- Lead annual budget preparation, forecasting, and three-year operating plan development
- Coordinate month-end close activities and financial reporting with regional teams
- Monitor financial performance, KPIs and risks; provide actionable recommendations
- Partner with commercial, medical, and market access functions on strategic initiatives

Requirements

- Senior finance leadership experience in pharmaceutical or commercial organizations
- Strategic business partnering and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
- Knowledge of European finance operations and statutory compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
