– Participate actively in client-facing technical discussions and project meetings. Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake — data transformation, modeling, and performance optimization. – Solid understanding of data modeling principles, data architecture, and scalable data solution design. – Practical experience with dbt for developing and maintaining data transformation workflows. – Proficiency in Python for data engineering, scripting, and automation. – Experience with ETL/ELT processes and modern data pipeline development. – Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerized environments including Kubernetes. – Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills around data quality, performance, and reconciliation. – English proficiency sufficient for regular technical discussions with US-based teams. Experience with Oracle databases, Oracle ETL, and legacy reporting environments. – Prior involvement in data platform modernization or migration from Oracle to Snowflake. – Experience with Power BI and semantic reporting models. – Experience designing and optimizing analytical data models for enterprise reporting. – Background in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services. – Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation. – Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards. If you’re excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds.
