About the Role

We are looking for a Product Technical Leader to lead and coordinate the technical development of R&D; projects, ensuring the timely delivery of robust and standardized solutions within budget.

The role acts as a strategic technical interface between multidisciplinary teams and customers, driving technical excellence, optimizing resources, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead robust product design and development from concept through delivery.
* Act as the technical interface between the company and its customers, ensuring effective technical communication and alignment.
* Drive key design reviews with multidisciplinary teams.
* Manage project planning, investments, and key technical milestones.




* Coordinate R&D; teams to ensure successful project execution and timely delivery.
* Ensure technical solutions are robust, standardized, and aligned with project objectives.

What We Are Looking For

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Electronics, Mechatronics, or Telecommunications.
* Advanced English (C1).
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and influence functional teams.
* 5–7 years of experience in product development processes.
* Previous experience in the automotive industry.
* Previous experience leading technical teams or projects.
* Strong technical leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and customer-facing environments.
