Dig into SMB credit pain points: You'll run continuous discovery and experiments to learn how businesses borrow today and what they truly need.
Shape underwriting and decisioning: You'll define how we assess eligibility and decide how much we lend, together with Risk.
Bring AI into credit: You'll explore how AI can guide clients to the right financing, within a strict regulatory frame.
Ship responsibly with our partners: You'll work with our credit platform team, Risk, Compliance, Growth and Product Marketing to get every launch approved and live.
