Act as the voice of the player by escalating bugs and feature requests to the development teams within the Gaming & Esports industry
Maintain a deep understanding of game mechanics, seasonal updates, and community trends to offer expert guidance
Contribute to the positive culture of our Gaming & Esports hub by participating in team briefings and training sessions

Requirements
Native or fluent Turkish (spoken and written) is strictly required for this position
Proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team and report to management
