Role Description The Art Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Valencia, responsible for leading the visual concept and design direction across film and media projects. This role involves developing and maintaining visual identities, creating style guides, and ensuring cohesive branding across all materials. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with directors, producers, and creative teams, supervising graphic design and visual assets, and reviewing storyboards, mood boards, and design drafts. The Art Director will oversee the work of designers and artists, provide clear feedback, manage timelines for visual deliverables,



and ensure that all content aligns with the company’s focus on authentic, culturally grounded storytelling. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Creative Direction and Art Direction, with experience guiding visual concepts from idea to final execution.
• Demonstrated ability in Branding, including developing and maintaining consistent visual identities for projects or organizations.
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, including experience with industry-standard design tools and software.
• Experience in film, media, or cultural production environments, with a portfolio showcasing visually compelling and culturally sensitive work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate visual ideas clearly to stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Relevant academic background in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and working proficiency in English are beneficial for collaborating with diverse partners and audiences.
