General Manager | Industry
W Executive is partnering with a leading company in the industrial sector to recruit a General Manager who will take full responsibility for the company's strategic direction, operational performance, and profitable growth.
We are seeking an accomplished executive with strong industrial leadership, commercial acumen, and a proven track record of managing complex manufacturing operations.
Strategic Leadership & P&L; Management
Assume full P&L; accountability, driving revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
Develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives.
Report regularly to senior leadership on financial performance, operational KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
Commercial Strategy & Business Development
Oversee the commercial strategy, supporting commercial leadership in strengthening key customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.
Work closely with Finance leadership to oversee budgeting, capital expenditure (Cap Ex), cash flow, and financial planning.
Lead, develop,



and empower a multidisciplinary management team across Operations, Sales, Finance, and Human Resources.
Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Oversee organizational development, talent management, employee engagement, and labor relations.
Significant leadership experience in the food OR packaging industry , ideally within a General Management, Managing Director, or senior operational leadership capacity.
Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, operational excellence, and supply chain management.
Solid commercial acumen, with experience supporting business development and managing key customer relationships.
Strong financial literacy, including budgeting, Cap Ex planning, and profitability management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at both operational and executive levels.
