As a Junior Human Resources Analyst, you will support core HR operations and people-related processes, contributing to a positive employee experience. You will work closely with HR, leadership, and employees to ensure the smooth execution of HR initiatives and daily operations.
What You'll Do:
Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.
Assist with recruitment coordination and candidate communication.
Help maintain HR systems, documentation, and data accuracy.
Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives.
Assist in organizing training, development, and HR programs.




Support compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
What We Are Looking For:
1+ year of experience in human resources, people operations, or administrative roles.
Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor practices, and employee lifecycle.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Willingness to learn and grow in human resources.
Advanced level of English.
