About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Attorney to manage civil dispute cases from their office in Queenstown.
This role requires a professional who is adept at navigating the court system, representing clients effectively, and achieving favorable outcomes.
You will be responsible for all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment and pleadings through discovery, negotiation, trial, and post-trial motions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of civil litigation matters from commencement to resolution.
Draft legal pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Engage in discovery processes,



including depositions and document review.
Negotiate settlements and advise clients on case strategy.
RequirementsAdmitted Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience in civil litigation.
Proven experience in trial advocacy and courtroom procedures.
Strong understanding of civil procedure rules and legal principles.
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
