About the Role Our client, an esteemed organization committed to supporting vulnerable populations, is seeking an experienced Coordinador/a de Programas de Apoyo a Migrantes y Refugiados for a fully remote position. This role is vital in managing and expanding programs that provide essential services, legal assistance, and integration support to migrant and refugee communities. You will be instrumental in developing strategic partnerships, overseeing program implementation, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to individuals and families navigating complex journeys. Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs designed to support migrants and refugees.
Develop and manage budgets for various program activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Ensure the provision of essential services, including legal aid, psychosocial support, education, and livelihood opportunities.
Monitor program activities, collect data, and prepare regular reports on progress, challenges, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
Identify funding opportunities and contribute to grant writing and proposal development.




Advocate for the rights and needs of migrants and refugees within relevant forums.
Master's degree in International Relations, Social Work, Law, Public Policy, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management within the humanitarian or development sector, with a specific focus on migration and refugee issues.
Proven experience in managing complex projects, budgets, and diverse teams.
Strong understanding of the legal and psychosocial challenges faced by migrants and refugees.
Proficiency in Spanish and English is required. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, demonstrating strong self-discipline and time management skills.
